Over the past year and half, Transition OKC organized a process to help you get started building a Resilience Team. The process and tools are not set in stone, so adapt them or add to them in a way that works best for you and your team.
Step 1: Organizing
The Organizing Kit helps you find and gather people who are interested in becoming a Team. The kit helps you get organized and start planning. Download the kit and to start building resilience now!
Step 2: Building
The Resilience Guide (coming soon) provides the outline of a three-session process to help you and your participants become a team. The process supports your team in building trust, learning about resilience, deciding how your team members want to help each other, and forming a consensus about how to work together.
The Resilience Guide includes a Resilience Self-Assessment (click here to download) that can help your team members assess their own resilience and identify strengths and challenges.
Step 3: Teamwork
After your team is formed, the sky is the limit!
